We use modern archiving software to record your files and add them to the inventory. You can view and request individual files at any time via a web-based SSL encrypted application. You can also make use of our flexible delivery and pick up service.
We can also digitalise your documents by drawing on the expertise of one of our affiliate companies. High performance scanners will digitise your documents and create searchable PDF formats and reports thus providing excellent quality control.
Once retention periods have expired, we will destroy your files automatically if you have requested that we do so. We carry out this process in compliance with GDPR requirements and DIN 66399 protection class 3. You will then receive a certificate which confirms that your files have been destroyed in compliance with data protection regulations.
